We understand that there are times when you need to cancel an appointment due to emergencies. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a call or send us an e-mail within 24 hours in advance. Early cancellation will give another patient the possibility to have access to our service.
If you miss your appointment without cancelling it, "No Show," whether you have an insurance or not, you WILL be charged our full treatment fee of $80.00. "No Shows" inconvenience all of us, including our patients and doctor. Please keep in mind that we are turning other patients away to save your appointment time.
If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We always try our best to keep our schedule on time.
